At Chaotic Fashion, we embrace the bold but understand that sometimes a look doesn't fit your vibe. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange your items for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the unworn items with original tags attached into their original packaging or a secure mailing bag.

  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed.
